We are unable to accept returns because Motif syrups are a perishable food item. However, if you have any issues with your order you can contact us at support@brewmotif.com.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be required for verification. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders reported outside of the 30-day window.
Pre-orders should ship by early March 2026. Orders with multiple flavors will ship together once all items are ready. Some flavors may ship sooner depending on availability.

Yes, it’s recommended that you refrigerate Motif syrups after opening since no preservatives are used in our syrups.
