What is your policy on returns?

We are unable to accept returns because Motif syrups are a perishable food item. However, if you have any issues with your order you can contact us at support@brewmotif.com.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be required for verification. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders reported outside of the 30-day window.

When will you be back in stock?

We’re a small team and make small batches of Motif, which means we sometimes sell out faster than we’d like. If something you love is out of stock, we’re already working on getting it back as soon as possible. Join our email list to be the first to know when it’s back.

Do I need to refrigerate my syrups?

Yes, it’s recommended that you refrigerate Motif syrups after opening since no preservatives are used in our syrups.
