Refund policy

We are unable to accept returns because Motif syrups are a perishable food item. However, if you have any issues with your order you can contact us at support@brewmotif.com.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be required for verification. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders reported outside of the 30-day window.
