Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-orders may be available for items that are not yet in stock. If your order includes multiple items, the full order will ship together once all items are ready. Some pre-order items may ship earlier or later than estimated depending on availability.
Shipping & Tracking
We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
We currently ship within the United States.
Returns
We are unable to accept returns because Motif syrups are a perishable food item. However, if you have any issues with your order you can contact us at support@brewmotif.com.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be required for verification. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders reported outside of the 30-day window.
